Refund policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return any items, please notify us in writing (email or letter) within 14 days of receipt, and return the item within 28 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging.

We are, however, unable to accept return of engraved items unless faulty or damaged.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We recommend the use of registered delivery service for your protection. Please note that returns postage is a direct cost and therefore cannot be refunded by us.
