UK DELIVERY
UK Delivery Included
Delivery is included in all our products for UK delivery and as shipped tracked (2-3 business days).
Secure Ordering
Secure ordering is made via Shopify Payments. Your card details are not processed by ourselves and are not stored on our server.
Worldwide Delivery
Delivery to international addresses will be charged at a rate of £20 per order and free on orders over £200.
Please contact us for more information, we will not ship to war zones or conflict areas.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier at Blooming Lovely Jewellery. Simply browse our online shop and when you decide to buy any items click on the 'Purchase Now' button. When you have finished shopping click on 'view basket' and you will be asked for a few details so we can complete your order. We accept all major credit/debit cards, if you have a specific request or require further information you can either email us or call 01299825361.
When buying an item from Blooming Lovely Jewellery you comply with our shopping process and by placing an order you warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18 then you may purchase from Blooming Lovely Jewellery only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order from you and all acceptances will be informed by email. If we are unable to accept an order or cancel an order than we will call, email, telephone or write to inform you.
Prices and Payments
All prices are as quoted on the site and include VAT (currently 20%). When you go through the shopping cart process all prices and the VAT amount will be displayed.
Registering Details & Privacy Policy
When you have finished adding items to your 'shopping cart' we will ask you for your details to complete the order and we will also ask you to register your details so we can process your order efficiently, make future ordering quicker and so we can inform you of special promotions, creating an account with Blooming Lovely Jewellery is totally optional and you can always check out as a guest. Blooming Lovely Jewellery also has an email marketing facility on the website which will allow Blooming Lovely Jewellery to send new promotions and new product offers (you will at any point have the option to unsubscribe from this service). When registering your password please remember that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. It is not possible to order without registering, this is to prevent any form of fraudulent activity.

The information we collect includes: name, address phone number, email address and payment details. We will not collect any sensitive information from you and we will not pass on your details to anyone else. We hold accurate and up to date information, you can check your details we hold by emailing enquiries@silverpursilver.com if you inform us that there is anything incorrect then we will change it.
Refunds/Exchanges Policy
Blooming Lovely Jewellery take great care to ensure that your purchase arrives with you in pristine condition.
However, should you wish to return your item for any reason, please notify us in writing, either by email or by post within 14 days of receipt of such goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item that varies from the forms and designs as shown on the website. This includes items from the website which have been engraved, modified to meet customer requirements, or specially commissioned pieces.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use and sale in force at the time that you use thesilverfactory.co.uk or order items from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
